I ordered 2 of these bags to hold my gel polish and nail polish bottles in their own designated bag inside my larger tote that I carry back and forth from the salon. Alot of discount and outlet retail stores had similar cosmetic bags, but I really did not want to spend over $10 on a case since Im on a budget.Why I did not give 5-Stars:I knocked off a star because quality is that of a dollar store or flea market rating, but again for the price I was not expecting superior quality anyway. A star was also knocked off for the weird chemical smell and odor that these things give off. It's probably due to the cheap quality and being manufacturered in Asia.Why I gave 4-Stars:PRICE and UTILITY. I'm all about practicality and utility over appearance. The price met my budget of under $10 and I got alot of utility out of it. Between 2 cases and spending about $11, I was able to carry a total of 42 polish bottles, 25ish 4ml(.13oz) gel pods and a few implements. Pretty impressive since the other bags I came across would not hold nearly that many and were around $16-22+ EACH. Also there is a plastic, double sided, polish organizer on Amazon for $35.00 which claims to hold 30-40ish bottles, but the internal compartments were too small for my polish bottles. This product worked out much better and better price!Only thing that could make it better is if it were a hardshell case to give more stability. However, these are can be smooshed down and stored away easily when not in use.

Very good on the go

This is so cute and very durable. It's got a medium soft shell, it's not so soft that it won't stand but soft enough that you can throw it in your travel bag and if it gets squashed, it won't ruin the build of the bag. Some of you ladies will relate to what I mean by that. If you don't, then you don't put your makeup bag in your travel bag, lol. I thought this was a great starter make-up bag for my nieces but I even bought one for myself. I think it's a perfect "everyday" makeup bag. If you don't know what I mean by that, well...I,myself have a lot of makeup, some that I buy because of sales, some is gifted to me, and then I have makeup I wear to go out and I wear different colors depending on the season. Well I have a what I like to call "a cosmetic bag" (where I keep ALL of my makeup) and I have a everyday makeup bag, this is where I keep the makeup I know I'm going to wear no matter what and this is what I use this bag for. It has two compartments. The bottom compartment is big enough to where I put my base, powder, blush, eyeliner, mascara, and lip gloss and I can honestly say...I could fit 2 of each in it and have a little spare room. The top you could fit one of all of that described above, but the cover to the top compartment has these little things that hold your makeup brushes in one spot, so you don't lose them or having to dig around in your bag trying to find them. I give this little bag a 9 on a 1 to 10 scale, would be a 10 but the material could be a little bit better. I will buy another bag like this if/when this one breaks.

I love my new double layer make up bag. It is cuter than the picture of the product. When I received it, I had no complaints like some of the other reviewers reported. It is more roomier than I expected it would be. I love the fact that the 2nd compartment is deeper than the first one. As you can see from the picture, I can fit full-size tubes of facial scrubs and lotions into the bottom with no problem. I use the top to hold my brushes and anything that I can put into the top to strap it down. I love the fact that I can put my lipsticks in the bands on the lid so that they do not roll around and crack my lipstick. I love to use the small mirror that is inside the top compartment as well. It is well constructed with the handle sewn into the fabric instead of just on top. The zippers are double so that I have no problem zipping the compartments up when I am finished. The whole bag fits into my suitcase snuggly so that my make up isn't thrown around all over the place. I prefer this bag over other bags that I have used in the past. The price of this bag is much cheaper than what I can get in the department stores or at Sephora's. I have seen this bag elsewhere for double and triple the price that I paid for it on Amazon. I highly recommend this make up bag to anyone that wants to carry more than just the basic essentials.

I've tried all types of makeup organizers from the large ones with those adjustable dividers, to the two-tier metal sort of makeup box. Nothing worked. It was either too big, bulkly, or sloppy or didn't fit everything. However, this makeup bag is really the PERFECT size and it's fits much more than larger organizers. I divide it up by all my foundation, blushes and face powder on the top and all my eye makeup stuff on the bottom. The top part fits 4 Mac Blushes, a Chanel Foundation, a Mac foundation, face powder and a Nars shimmer bronzer. And there's still room to fit more. On the bottom I have all my eyeshadows, eyeliner, plucker, mascara etc and still have room for more. Plus it's so cute and the perfect size to fit inside my sink cabinet and also for traveling.
