2009 Tacoma Base
I bought this engine air filter for my 2009 Tacoma base 2.7L 5spd. Went right in as direct replacement. My very closely resembles the OEM filter I bought the previous year, maybe even a little better construction. Saved myself a few bucks purchasing here instead on one of the local parts stores. Would buy again.

Fits 100% in 2008 Toyota Tacoma standard cab 2.7L. CHANGE YOUR FILTERS REGULARLY!!!!I can feel a small performance upgrade.My engine feels a bit quicker...I know it is a scientifically untested claim, but it feels quicker on the road to me.

doesn't fit tacoma 2013 2.7 liter engine
This filter is incompatible with the 2013 Toyota tacoma 2.7 liter engine. It is too thick and the cover on the intake will not close correctly. My experience has been that only a toyota factory part will work in this application.
