Q: How much time do you have once opened, before it goes off?

It’s very low in water and about 90% salt so think this could last many years if you stored it properly sealed. It doesn’t need refrigeration due to all that salt so keep it in your pantry. I have a jar still in excellent condition 10 years after opening it.

Q: How many mls is 600gms marmite? Need to take marmite in hand luggage!
