TeamFar Round Cooling Rack Set of 2, 9 Inch

My initial purpose in buying these racks was for use under domes for use with a smoking gun. I ordered the 7.5 racks which fits in all of my domes. As a bonus, I found that they fit my 8 quart Instant pot which will make them very useful for steaming and pressure cooking. So what do I like about these racks?1) Since they are stainless steel, they won't rust2) These racks are heavy weight and are study enough to hold anything you would want to cook or cool on them.3) They appear to be durable, and can be washed in the dishwasher, although I generally clean them in warm soapy water.4) These are nice looking racks that should maintain their appearance in time.I was impressed enough with these racks that I bought another set in the 9" size. All too often, when I am cooking, I find that I don't have the tools needed for the job as was the case before I bought the 7.5" racks. The 9" size will also fit in my Instant Pot, and I'm sure I will have many more uses for them.I will update my review if my opinion changes. I hope this review was helpful for you.

Use these on my griddle. Absolutely love them when baking biscuits on the griddle.

I really like these for making garlic bread in my 10" cast iron pan for 2 people. This way I dont need to drag out a cookie sheet, and large cooling rack to bake small batches. Easy clean up

These 7 1/2 inch round cooling racks fit perfectly inside a standard sized pie tin. I use this combo of standard sized pie tin and the 7 1/2 inch round cooling rack to cook food on inside my air fryer, which makes clean up really easy because the air fryer's bottom food rack doesn't get dirty. Because the rack comes as a pair, you can put the second rack upside down on the first rack to make an air fryer cooking rack to hold smaller pieces of food. Check out my attached pictures.

I used these to elevate my roast beef from sitting directly in the pan. I used a cast iron frying pan so the smaller round size worked well.

This works perfectly for layering pots in my electric pressure cooker for pot-in-pot cooking.
