VViViD Clear Self-Adhesive Lamination Vinyl Roll for Die-Cutters and Vinyl Plotters (12" x 6ft)

Super simple idea that works perfectly. Put the laminate over my sticker on the laptop and it looks great while keeping everything protected underneath. No more worrying about the sticker peeling or getting scratched up over time. Easy to apply, stays clear and does not mess with the look of the sticker at all. One of those small purchases that just solves a problem cleanly. Highly recommend if you are a sticker person who also wants to keep things looking nice.

This is pretty much the only laminate I use. Compared to the others available on the market it does have UV protection. It's not great on reds... But I've had stickers I made on my car for over a year that still look great. That's my test. It is super thick and gives a nice glossy finish easy to cut on a Silhouette Cameo. I sell stickers. Have had zero complaints with this vinyl. It goes on easy. No issues with bubbling and I mostly just use a squeegee to apply but I also have used it with my lamination machine. No issues either way.

I have been using Oraguard 236 laminate to cover replica machine labels for machines that I refurb, and while its a good product, it can be finicky to apply. I decided to try this and was very pleasantly surprised at its ease of installation, clarity and thickness. You can cut whatever size laminate you need, the backing peels super easy, and it squeegees down with few to no bubbles. Some of my machines end up working outdoors, so I have put out a comparison test panel of the Oraguard and the VViViD to see how they perform in direct sunlight over a dark blue background. I'll update when I have some results! In the meantime, I'll stick with the VViViD. Easy is good.

I bought this when the brand I normally get was out of stock. It is decent. It is kind of thicker than I would normally like it to be and it isn’t quite as clear as some others but overall is okay. It’s a pretty big roll for the price so I think it’s worth it. It cuts easily with scissors. I do think the thickness does make it a little more difficult to put on smoothly without wrinkles though.

Reading the reviews I didn’t have high hopes. The price is also so affordable, so I figured you get what you pay for. Well I was pleasantly surprised by this product! I bought this to put on top of my stainless steel garbage can lids. My cat loves to jump up there and I didn’t want her to scratch it. This sticks perfectly, NO BUBBLES, easy to work with and remove, with no sticky residue. It a good weight and thickness to it. Not cheap, thin crap. I’ve used it on wood table tops too. Now I’m using it as a furniture guard with some small upholstery pins. It’s working perfectly. It will not stick to fabric for long, unless secured with pins. I think you could use this to laminate as well. Needless to say I bought a 2nd roll to have on hand.

Not sure I’m using it for its intended purpose but our pool’s vinyl liner seems to have started to deteriorate from the sun exposing the fibers on the top rail. It was causing bumps and irritation when leaning over the pool and on our arms and legs. Purchased a 12” x 15’ roll and cut it into three 4” strips and to the length in between each post. Still have plenty left over I could use for other projects. Stuck very well to the pool liner and having the grid on the paper backing made it very easy to cut. Hope it holds up till the end of the season.

I really like the 3mil thickness of this VVIVID laminate. It's sturdy and applies well. But I keep finding weird, semi deep machine like cuts in the film, sheet after sheet. These aren't normal micro scratches. They're visible in certain lighting and have already ruined multiple pages of stickers for me. I've gone through about 20% of the roll and the problem hasn't stopped. Maybe I'm being picky.

Used it on my faded and yellowing carbon fiber spoiler. Sanded w 1000grit first. Had to lift and reapply several times which made the glue fog underneath, also had several air bubbles i couldn't get out. To my surprise within 1-2 days in the sun all the bubbles and "glue haze" disappeared. It's only been few days but I'm very happy with it now.. Question will be how long it will last. 12" x 15' roll allows me to reapply two more times if needed so def worth it. Seems to be sticking even better the more it bakes in the sun🤞

Great for cutting out shapes on scroll or band saw, put on wood first, then glue your pattern on top, peaks off easy with no residue.

now I can put the remaining stickers on my car. the 3 mm thickness is just perfect. it does not hurt the sticker or my vehicle. everybody should get some. this product is the best UPDATE: works great in the rain. still stuck strong

Not worth buying as it's not transparent, glue patches are their.

I haven’t had this long enough to test the UV effectiveness but having used and applied it twice now, the quality itself does feel good. My main issue is that a sticker is used to keep the roll together which is difficult to remove and ends up damaging the first part of the roll, meaning wastage straight off the bat. You can also see the indent of where it was and it’s impossible to hide. It’s so frustrating when manufacturers do this, it’s the same with wrapping paper too. It’s also a very short roll for the money and imo is very expensive.

Too bad product. The lamination comes out after cutting.
