It is subtle, but yes. However, it flakes almost immediately. Recommend Maybelline Great Last (pink bottle) instead! Blue is nice color and mascara quality is much better!

No, it completely comes off & doesn't leave any traces..

Q: When you got this, was there a seal anywhere on the box or the tube? On mine, there wasn’t. That doesn’t seem sanitary.

When i received mine, it came in a package like you would see at the store..after taking out of package, i unscrewed the tube..it did not have a seal on it..hope this helps you..
