These fin screws are exactly what you'd expect—they're direct replacements for the screws that likely came with your fin. They work perfectly and are just as advertised. Simple, reliable, and they get the job done.

It's fairly straightforward and gets the job done without the need for extra tools. Just be aware that if you tighten the screw too much, it might be difficult to loosen. I simply used my car keys as a firm surface to help loosen the screw.

Got out on the lake over the weekend and realized I'd lost the fin hardware that came with my Hala board. I'm sometimes skeptical of ordering from Amazon because of all the fake reviews (it's hard to tell what's legitimately good) but pulled the trigger on these. Glad I did as I just tested them and they are perfect. Solid hardware, a great fit and easy installation. Another reviewer mentioned that they were too short for their board, but I'm guessing they must have a non-standard size as this fit exactly like my prior hardware. Glad to have a couple of backups in case I lose one of them again.

Screw part fits my board and will work to hold fin in place, but the piece that holds screw to the fin, is to wide to fit into the fin assembly on bottom of the board. Screw is just loose when fin is not attached to the board. Hopefully don't lose it. LOL!!!

I was personally addressed via email by the co-owner Kristi @ Santa Barbara Surfing. I truly genuine company that puts their customers first. The "no tool" fasteners I use for my 9'0" longboard centerfin. The reason why I was interested in purchasing this product was because it is made of stainless steel which is an ideal metal for salt water conditions. Second, is the fact that it is tool less I can adjust the fin without specific hand tools, just a hand is needed. The positioning of the fin can be adjusted while I'm in the water! Also, if I hit a turtle or a rock, because it's only hand tight, the fin has some "give" and won't obliterate the fin box. Last but not least Kristy immediately emails me asking if the shipping was prompt and kindly asked for a product review. I don't usually respond to product reviews..sorry Amazon. But I felt this one was worth responding to because SBS is a small business. Coming from Hilo Hawaii I am all for supporting small businesses. Buy this product if you have a center fin adjusting screw and toss the old hardware. This product is legit!!! Thank you SBS and Kristi!! Aloha!

These are perfect. This year I purchased a PuraVita-Surfset Jetsetter for use on Lake Superior and everywhere else. My first day playing in the waves I lost the screw that came with my board and almost my fin!!! My local shop was out so I ended up here. I feel a set of three is good for the cost and instillation was brainless. It feels super secure, I like the addition of the paddle/o-ring (not sure what to call it).My biggest suggestion/question is how the heck do I carry a spare without loosing it? I want a little pouch that could attach to the key ring in my life jacket so I never have to fear loosing a fun again!Will buy again but hopefully won't have to ;)

I prefer the quick clip on SUP fins, but those don't work for one of our inflatables. Misplaced the screw for a while and realized we needed a spare to take on outings in case we or others forget or lose it for fins.
