what is the amp draw? What size fuse/breaker should be used?

I tested with a multimeter - each light draws 3 amps, or 30 watts. That means 4 of them can be put on a 15 amp fuse with an 80% margin.

Can I wire them with the reverse power out of the transmission?

I don't know what type of vehicle you are wiring, however, these run off a 12 volt so if the power out of the trans is 12 they will work. If it is a truck or car you can wire these to the backup lights.

I lost one of the brackets. Can I order a replacement?

What is the wattage of each light? your description is confusing if it is 240w per light or per set?

The 240W is the equivalent wattage of a Halogen lamp. So the set would be 960W equivalent. Since these are LED lamps, the actual power drawn is only a few watts. These lamps are very bright. You will NOT be disappointed.
