Great pump. Installed external as a main pump for a sump in the cabinet below a 125g tank. Flow rate is good. This replaceed my little giant pump that give out after 12 years. This pump is quiet. Only a little humming noise. And most of the time. I only hear the water flowing noise. Just installed 3 days age, don't know how reliable it is.

I use this Sicce pump for an auto water change system in my fish room. It offers plenty of head height and gph flow to make water changes quick and efficient. This pump will detect if the water is low and shut down to avoid running dry and causing damage to the pump. Features like this set it apart from others. Well worth the price.

It has worked great for me the last couple of months. It has plenty of power for my needs, more than expected. I can actually achieve surprisingly high flow in my mixed reef tank. I have two icecap 2k gyres for flow but with my return flow so high I have them dialed all the way back to a max of 20% and my 110 gallon tank is relatively high flow. It’s small to provide so much flow, it takes up very little space in my sump, and runs very quietly. I’m extremely happy with its performance and the value I got for the price. I can’t speak on how easy it is to adjust as I have always ran it at full power since I wanted the flow. I almost got the 8.0 because I wasn’t sure this would be powerful enough but it definitely met my needs and I would purchase again. It looks nice if you care, for me it’s out of sight in a cabinet so looks don’t matter to me.

While this may be a great pump, I sent it back because it was not a controllable dc pump as advertised in the description. This pump is a regular voltage AC pump.

I'm using this pump in a 700 gallon freshwater duck pond to feed an aquaponics system. This pump is no joke, quietly moves a LOT of water. Small solids are no problem. Very quiet. Liked it so much I bought a Syncra Adv 7.0 for another part of my system. The fittings in the box are great value add - made it very easy to get the pump hooked up and running. +1.

I used as a return pump in my freshwater sump for a 75 gallon aquarium. Works great very quiet no complaints. Would not hesitate to purchase Sicce pump for any future sump projects.

Good pump, I’ve had sicce in the past but the reason I bought this one is because it said it had a controller which is very important to me as I bought this for my UV sterilizer where is controller?

Great pump! Has some power to it. Using it on my water changing system for my reef tank and pushes the water 32 ft away and up about 6ft. Impressed not as quite as a ecotech vectra but for half the cost it don’t bother me lol
