I shared photos as evidence, but instead of reviewing the issue based on actual condition and usage, the response was limited to quoting policy terms. This approach shows a lack of customer focus and accountability toward product quality. Overall, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in the brand. Based on the quality and the way my concern was handled, I would not recommend purchasing from them.
