Beautifully presented, lovely colours, not too bright or artificial looking. Lovely to work with (tapestry weaving) and very good value for money. Very pleased and will definitely buy again 😀

Wow! So many colours, such a treat. I’ll never have to buy darning wool again! I can easily split the strands for mending cashmere and fine knitted garments too. Highly recommended.

I bought this with a particular crochet project in mind, which would make use of nearly all of the 80 different colours in this pack. I love Scheepjes yarn, but had not previously used Metropolis. It is a thinner yarn than I was expecting, so I am using a smaller crochet hook than I am used but, but now well into my project and it is working well. I particularly like how easy it is to start a new ball from the middle, and I'm just using tape to tighten the middle band as I use it, as it is important that I keep the colour information as I am switching colours all of the time, and it is confusing enough without losing the labels. I love the colour selection and the slight marling that is present in some of the colours. The price I paid made it really good value too, and I would probably not have proceeded had it been selling at the full recommended retail price, simply because this would have made my project unaffordable.

I have bought 4 of the Metropolis colour packs. That is 3200 grams of this beautiful yarn. They are fantastic value for money. I am so pleased I shopped around and found these at less than a 3rd of what others sellers in the uk are selling them for. If you want value for money them buy this super soft yarn pack. My 4 packs arrived within one working day! Now that is what I call super fast.

Lots of beautiful small balls there are some variations in thickness with different colours. But I am very happy with them

Excellent value compared to other sellers in the UK. Next day delivery too! This is a good way of seeing the different colours in real life to pick a colour scheme for a larger project. Picking colours off a screen is always tricky and I don’t have a local yarn shop that stocks a good range. I will use these mini balls to crochet a floral granny square blanket so can use all of the colours.

Absolutely LOVE THIS YARN for working with my "Sweet shop " knit blanket . Squishy , beautiful colors, with a nice depth & interest Plump & well spun . Very easy to use because I didn't have to cake anything - perfect amount with a bit extra for each triangle in this popular pattern . Absolutely a big savings on cost . If I'd ordered mini skeins this blanket would have been much more expensive & I actually like the thickness of this better than the minis I started with doubled . Kit très sympa de laine à chaussettes. Idéal pour faire du jacquard sur des petites circonférences et avec des couleurs que je n'aurais pas nécessairement acheté en plus grosse pelote. J'aime beaucoup l'idée 😉 Laine très douce.
