Well color me surprised. I decided to give PriStar a chance because not only were they cheaper, but they had a digital coupon. I ordered both the 12mm and the 18mm widths at a significant discount. I'm closing my office and cleaning out my home to make room for things so there is a lot of re-organization and labeling going on. I did a a bit of trouble with the OEM labels sticking at times and I've had to carefully clean surfaces and sometimes even reinforce the OEM labels with clear tape.So I removed the Casio brand 9mm labels and inserted the PriStar labels with a bit of trepidation in my KL-100. WOW! These things feed fine, look great stick better than the OEM brand. One warning however, i was puzzled for a while trying to remove the backing. Casio labels, like the ones on our office Brother label-maker peel from the end, PriStar labels backing is split along the center-line. Once you realize this it's actually easier to use. The OEM tapes are 100% plastic while the PriStar labels are metallic backed. I plan to shelve my 9mm OEM labels and orders use the 9mm PriStar labels that I ordered.I give PriStar a firm thumbs up.

Tape works in my Casio KL-8100 label maker, and the price was great! The printing on the labels come out nice and clear, just like the Casio branded tape. However, the adhesive on the labels seems to only stick to certain things - I labeled a vinyl binder, and the label came peeling off in a day or two. I cleaned off the binder with spray cleaner/degreaser and some isopropyl alcohol and tried again. Same thing happened again. I ended up putting a piece of clear shipping tape over the label to hold it in place. I tried labeling some glass spice bottles - even though I cleaned the glass thoroughly with hot water and dish soap, and let the bottles dry completely, the labels are starting to peel off after about a month. I’ll probably have to tape them in place, too. The strange thing is that I put labels on the trays of two of the DVD drives on my computer, and on my laptop computer, and those labels stuck just fine, and are still in place after a few months.Although I like the price and the way these labels print, I really can’t recommend them because of the hit-or-miss nature of the adhesive…

Bought these to refill my Casio label maker. After trying this non OEM brand I prefer these. The Casio labels are a pain to peel off the backing. These are scored down the middle and all you have to do is flex the tape to peel the backing away.One gripe I have about these and the OEM is the poor quality of the adhesive (they are both identically poor).I have to put clear tape over them to be sure they never curl and peel themselves off.
