Fits a 2007 Silverado classic

Perfect Replacement
I had ordered one previously, but that one arrived damaged. The tab on the end of the plastic cord had been melted off when the package was sealed, and so it would not remain attached to the vehicle when the cap is removed for fueling. Amazon refunded that one and I ordered another. It is a perfect replacement for the original. The seal is tight and solved the check engine light issue.

It fit my 2007 GMC 1500 Sierra
It was easy to install, took less than five minutes and cleared my check engine light after I disconnected the ground terminal on my battery waited a couple of minutes and put the battery cable back on. It’s been a couple of weeks still no check engine light coming back 👍

Genuine OEM - Made in USA!
Usually can’t get better than Genuine OEM parts. I wanted one because my plastic strap finally broke after 15 years. Not a huge problem but crawling under my truck to retrieve it at the gas station on slushy pavement wasn’t fun… Anyway. So many choices but I just wanted OE if reasonably priced, especially after seeing bad reviews of Check Engine lights with non-OE ones. I didn’t want to risk an unexpected concern and at this time was $15, heck yeah I’m very happy with it.
