The health benefits are amazing from using this product. Both my husband and I take it. We really love the fact that these capsules are not too large to swallow. We take it daily.

Since its effects are internal, it's hard to grade accurately
To be honest, what trans-resveratrol does is completely internal. Therefore I cannot testify as to this product's efficacy (good or bad). I am taking this because a doctor I respect recommended taking trans-resveratrol as a supplement because of its reputed effects on the heart. I have found an article or two on the Mayo Clinic's website that mention that resveratrol does appear to have a benefit, so I have some assurance that this is something more than snake oil. As to the company - it ships promptly and the products that I have bought from it have been packaged well.
