Andean Dream Organic Quinoa Fusilli Pasta, 8 Ounce -- 12 per case.12

We have loved this pasta that we buy in the store, and only buy this brand. But this case of the supposedly the same pasta was bagged inside the box (unusual for this item) and every piece in every box was cracked or in pieces. The entire box turned into rice sized piece the minute it hit the water. Good thing we weren't cooking it for company. I'm going back to getting it at the grocery store.

They’ve reduced the amount of pasta per box by 25-50%. A whole box used to make us full and have lots of leftovers. Whereas now an entire box is just enough to feed us.We’ve enjoyed the product for a long time but it’s rather disappointing to no longer get the same value for your money.

My family is in agreement that this combination of rice flour and quinoa has the best texture and taste. The quinoa adds protein and keeps the texture from feeling either too soggy (like corn) or bouncy (like rice flour alone). We cannot tell the difference from white wheat pasta which makes family-cooking much easier. Buy by the dozen to get good pricing. We also love their spaghetti.

Bought this for my daughter and she says this is the best pasta she had found that is gluten free. Expensive but worth the money!

Finding a pasta that is made from Quinoa was amazing. This is superb. I ordered a case after I found it in a specialty store. I love it.!

Neutral flavor, good thickness to stand up to any pasta sauce. Good substitute for those with gluten issues.
