Perfect for Hand-Feeding our Baby Cockatiels!!!
Purchased these syringes for hand feeding our new baby Cockatiels. The size of the syringes are perfect for their tiny beaks! The syringes that are sold and marketed for hand feeding birds are just too big and the tips just never fit in their beaks right. When we hand fed our cockatiels years ago, the vet gave us syringes similar to these and we wanted to find them again. Luckily we found the right size on Amazon and could not be happier! Our cockatiels that are mated for life had set up a nest and laid 2 eggs. It has been a few years since we had baby birds so my husband and I decided to keep the eggs and let them hatch. Having raised all of our cockatiels we knew the essentials that we needed and this 1ml Syringe was one of them. Having looked on Amazon instead of our local pet store we found this brand and decided to buy a box in advance before the babies hatched so that we would know if these syringes would fit our needs and to our surprise they were better than we thought they would be!Once it was time for us to take over the parent's job of feeding the babies, the syringes really worked at getting all the baby formula in their beaks without any problems. The formula stayed in their beaks without leaking out and also because the tips are tiny we did not have to worry about injuring their fragile beaks. The beaks are very soft when they are first born so having the right size syringe is very important. As the weeks passed on we kept using these syringes and did not go to a larger size. Even now that our cockatiels are several months old they still like to be fed with this syringe. We always give our cockatiels formula several times a week to keep them healthy and they love eating it out of the syringe instead of the dish, that the other cockatiels eat out of.We purchased 4 boxes of these syringes and never had a problem with them not working. They were always delivered on time too! They come in a nice white box that is easy for storage as well. These are syringes that I would recommend to any bird owner who is or will be hand feeding.

Hugging the homeless kitten is what got me to write this review! 😊
I'm a recent inductee in the Medical Cannabis Registry in the State I live. The dispensary provided me with 2 syringes, but they were too big for the pocket protectors I ordered for transporting my medicine. I came across Bstean products during my search and it appeared that they would fit perfectly into my protectors. The price was reasonable in comparison and they offered a box quantity of 25 rather than forcing me to buy 100 like most listings. I have used these for a week now and am very happy with their durability. The plungers are nice and snug, not to allow seapage. The markings are clearly visible and the tip covers fit as tight as you want them to be. (if you push the cover on real tight, then it's going to be just as difficult to get off). I like that because I know it can handle some "turbulence" during transport and won't pop off. I think I'm stuck with this product. They work perfectly for my needs. Thanks to the crew at Bstean. Now, GET BACK TO WORK! 👍Sincerely,Brandon

Work great!
I had a sick hen and needed a syringe (now I have a complete first aid kit). I was surprised to find that Tractor Supply does not carry a syringe for very small animals EVEN THOUGH THEY SELL CHICKENS. I had a sick hen that needed medication injected, so I had to wait for these to arrive from amazon. Exactly what I needed and I keep these stocked in my first aid kit now.PROS:- seem well made- seems to be a hard to find size so thankful they were available hereCONS:- I could not find any. These have a simple function and did the job.I would recommend you buy these if you have poultry or small animals who will get sick and need injections.

Good for Avian Medicine, Use with SealSafe Orifice Reducers
I use these to administer oral medicine to a cockatiel. They say single use, but I can use them for a couple weeks or so without replacing, as long as I pull the plunger out and rinse them thoroughly after each use. After a couple weeks, the rubber stopper starts to stick, and the plunger doesn't dispense as well.I suggest using these in conjunction with "SealSafe Pierced Bottle Closures 20mm," which I get from Health Care Logistics (gohlc dotcom). You have to authorize shipping costs independently there, but they work well with these syringes.

Useful for Feeding Ferret Medication
We use these to give medicine to our ferrets. They get claritin twice per day, and we also give them ferretone and hairball remedy while we're trimming their nails. These syringes do wear out after a few uses though - the black rubber tip swells up, which makes it hard to move the plunger smoothly. It sticks, so you push hard to get it to move, and then suddenly the plunger goes all the way. Sometimes we end up squirting medicine all over the place accidentally, because of it. The numbers on the outside will also start to wear off after being rinsed a couple of times. Still, we need to reuse each syringe at least a couple of times, since we're using two each twice per day. We get enough use out of them that I feel like it's worth it. (I mean, how else are we going to measure and deliver their medication?) Would be nice if they were recyclable though, I feel like we're generating a lot of trash with these.

Extremely satisfied
After receiving that very unique and hilarious email from the seller I just had to leave a review! I received the syringes on time and as described. They work great for my daughter's medicine, the pull back is easy to use and the numbers are easy to see. My only issue problem is that the syringe tip is a bit small so when trying to pull medicine from the "syringe hole" on the medicine bottle (the otpional thing that allows you to hold bottle upside down to get medicine into syringe) some medicine spilt out because it didn't fit securely but I just took that part off and used as a regular bottle of medicine. Absolutely no complaints! Great price as well, thank you!
