Fits well and is comfortable

Arrived today and based on the positive reviews I'm looking forward to trying these to alleviate foot pain from being on my feet all day, tried compression socks already and no relief, construction seems durable, they feel lightweight, I ordered S/M they feel a little loose feeling around the foot but snug and not too tight around my big toe, we shall see if they work all day long.

For me, these are the best metatarsal pads I've found. I have a 5E width size 12 foot, and although I could get other pads to go over my toes and fit, these seem to be a much better fit. Also, putting socks over the other brands made their outer stitching roll up, which is exactly what you DON'T want when trying to pad your foot, because that can cause new pain. So far, so good. These have made a world of difference for my feet.

These fit okay and the cushion is soft underneath.

My Mother has very bad callouses on the bottom of her feet that are very painful. I bought these for her searching for anything to relieve her pain and they worked! She said they have made her feet feel better so she can walk with less pain. I highly recommend these!

Edit: I bought a large, which is much better. Still just a tiny bit snug around my big toe - it got cold from having less blood flow, so I trimmed that part back. Now that it’s winter, I tried wearing these with some thicker socks, and it was impossible. They were too uncomfortable. So I think I need to either wear them with thin socks and cut the toe back some, or just rip out the gel pads and use those. I bought these for pain at my big toe joint on the ball of my foot. I am a W9 and bought a medium. The body of the sleeve was okay, but the stitching around the edges and the part that goes around the toe were too tight. It was cutting into my pinky toe and leaving red lines around my foot. I cut most of the edging off (leave a few bits or the layers will separate) and cut some of the stitching on the toe seam, and it was a hundred times more comfortable. And it was definitely helping pad the inside of the ball of my foot. However, after wearing it for about six hours, it was hurting the rest of the ball of my foot. The next day I ripped the gel pad out of the sleeve and put it in my sock, which was a little tricky, but was way, way more comfortable than wearing the sleeve. I think the two layers creates too much bulk. If I was wearing shoes without socks for a couple of hours, I think a modified foot sleeve would be fine, but for me, working on my feet for eight hours a day, it’s too uncomfortable, and worn as sold would be unbearable. I will use them for the pad and that’s it. By the way you get four, and if you only need them for one foot you can turn them inside out as needed to fit.

I have had pain in the ball of my foot for months due to high arches. I have tried several different inserts, but these are the only ones that have given me results. Highly recommend!

This has changed the quality of my life. The pain in my feet were so bad I considered leaving my current job that requires me being on my feet all day, lifting heavy items and walking 25k steps daily. Special insoles did nothing for the pain under my feet below the big toe and little toe. These slip ons have taken almost all pain away. I'm talking about being in tremendous pain every minute of the day one day to being resilient the next. I've tried to walk without them and all the pain returns. Its incredible how the gel acts as a natural shock absorber for the bones under the front of my feet. The only downside and why 4 stars is that since my feet are sensitive, the braided elastic cord that runs on the openings hurt my feet but I cut them off and this became a non issue as the pads and gel stays in place with care. If there was a way to make these without the elastic so the pad sits flat past the gel it would be 5 stars for me. In closing This has saved my job, and restored my quality of life. I'm even going dancing this weekend using these slip on pads. Have a great day.

Works as advertised. During the summer I don't wear my orthotics and these pads help me walk pain free. I also like to walk barefoot however should not without metatarsal support ~ now I can. Definitely would recommend these.
