These work PERFECT!! I have steel coated dumbbells needed a pair of grips to keep my hands from slipping. These grips have helped me stabilize my hands on the dumbbells when I workout. I am definitely satisfied with this purchase!!

This really makes grabbing my dumbbells easier. I'd hate to grip too hard on bare metal and this solves the problem for me. So far it has held up for daily use, so I'm happy with the purchase. Though they seem a bit pricey hence the 4-star.

initially price convinced me to try this product over other more expensive brands, my hand by no means large fits just enough so entire hand is resting on this grip, yes there is 1/2 to 5/8 inch gap using the larger diameter bars, what I figured out quickly is to turn the gips , with the gap end towards your fingers and away from you palm, if not I found it would pinch my palm. will they last long, time will tell, 2 weeks into using I've use these exclusively for bi & tri workouts which is the sole purpose. I did feel the muscles activated differently, dropped 10lbs on my normal workout weights, first 3 reps I thought to myself I really shouldn't have started at a lower weight but at rep 10, that was it... my biceps refused to do anymore

Ordered this, Fat Gripz and a different off brand one.This has half the material of Fat Gripz and doesn’t fit nicely over bigger bars, the other off brand one for the same price was better…..but it wasn’t purpleI paid around $14, should be cheaper

If you think about strenghtening your grip, fingers, wrist or forearm, then this is for you.This is a cheap and convenient way to add some spice to your trainings.I'm 100% satisfied with this item.

I bought this because my 1 inch barbell was digging into my hands. I use it on every bar I can now. It not only keeps the bar from diving into my hard when there is 350+ but my grip has most definitely gotten better. The wider grip allows for your hands to get a fuller grasp with straighter wrists. Forearms and hands and wrists have been feeling great

Silicone is great, but this is like hard rubber, you do need a second peice to cut out a shape to fill the gap of the grip, engineered too small.
