Good sized solar panel, and battery make this worth it
***Update #2*** pump stopped working again, less than a year later. I'm willing to take some of the blame as I didn't clean it as regularly as I should have, and I think it might be best put away during winter, but having said that, another water feature I bought earlier (from a different warehouse style shop beginning with A) with a similar solar powered pump - is still working. So I think these ones just aren't built to last. Probably not worth buying.***Update* This pump actually stopped working after a couple of months of use - tried following instructions to ensure it was clean but it seemed it just stopped receiving power at all. Contacted the seller via Amazon and they provided excellent customer service and sent a replacement, so I'm very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the pump or seller. ***I previously tried another solar pump without a battery and was very disappointed. Without direct bright sunlight, nothing much happened at all.I then decided a battery on the unit was a must, and this seemed to have reasonable reviews and I'm glad I chose it.I've now purchased two of these pumps which I have connected to my own 8mm hose which attaches to a water feature running into my pond. A sort of self-made rocky waterfall if you will, and it works well. The pipe is 2m long, and I had no issues with even one pump getting the water to the top, however adding a second (with a Y connector between the two pumps) works especially well!I find the water runs continuously most days from early morning until evening (helps that the sun has been out a lot recently) but, as another reviewer said, if you remove the pumps from the water when you don't need it (i.e. when you're not around) then you'll find it holds its charge longer. All in all I'm very pleased, mainly due to the size of the solar panels and the decent sized battery. I'd definitely purchase this again if I needed another pump in the future.

Easy to intall solar fountain
What can say about having a fountain in your back garden. You need to make sure you have laid out water proof electric wires, etc. Since we don’t have electrics installed in garden we wanted to build something that is self-running with no running cost and of course portable too.Package Content:1x Solar Fountain1x Water pumpSeveral different style sprayerAlthough this can be installed in a pond or can be run as a separate independent water fountain but it can also be used for many different DIY projects. So I have been working on setting up a wine glass and wine bottle fountain – something like the one in the image - courtesy Youtube. So the one I am working on is yet to complete and need to give a bit of finishing touch before I drop a picture here. The pump provided with the product will last for 2-2.5 hours in full power, assuming you get sunlight all day. The flow of the fountain is quite fast and if you want to control the flow you may want to use a separate style sprayer. It is quite easy to assemble and get it running if you want to setup as a fountain. With regards to easy to install it depends on the application and the project you will use the bits for, but again if it is for a simple fountain then yes - easy to install. So for the project that I am working on I would need this to run at least for 4-5 hours or more. The wires supplied is quite long so if you have a garage you can install it away from the site. So I will be visiting the local county battery shop and see if they can suggest something that can be installed which would be quite interesting once the project is complete. I shall make sure I will drop the image once the project is complete. Would be happy to assist if someone would like to build something like this too.

Solar powered water feature fountain
Easy to assemble and worked first time, good for a small water feature. When fully charged water fountain height is between 25-40cm depending on what spray nozzle you use. Having the battery function means you can still run on a cloudy day for a few hours

Worked for four months.
Initially all was well, I had bent a piece of sheet metal to hold the pump with the spay just above water level in a galvanised 8ft. water trough. The tank was catching the water from an outbuilding I had just built so the water was pretty clean. However it doesn't take much to block off the filter thereby reducing the flow so needs cleaning regularly. Come December it stopped working altogether, (4 months), not sure if it's the backup battery, solar panel or pump. I need to try another power source to see if the pump still works, I've taken the solar unit off and put it in a South facing window to make sure the battery charges, the voltage is there but I don't know about the current as it still won't drive the pump. When I've got time I'll do some more tests. So disappointed, unfortunately it may wind up in the recycling.Edit: 27/3/2020. Tried the pump on another power source and it is dead. There doesn't appear to be any way to take it apart.
