sturdy
ordered this product to hang an air conditioner unit for my mother's bedroom. it works great. easy to install. it is sturdy.

Loved it..was easy to put in my window even though the windows are vinyl
It's short and just the right size for my small window air conditioner, which is a 5,000 BTU.The odd thing is the curved block and spacer blocks are installed upside down. However on my first one I did not do that and it still worked.I also centered my bracket....ooops...but it was fine. I just wanted it to have some support. I damaged a vinyl window not using any brackets so the bracket helps prevent that.

Did the job...seemed a bit spendy though.
It worked just fine. Easy to install. Seems more like something that should cost less, but I could be wrong. It looks nicer than what I would have built with scrap 2x4's. ;-)

Sturdy But Had To Modify
This is very sturdy but I wish I had installed two of them for my air conditioner. I just dislike it being balanced on one perch.We had to modify the install. There weren't enough blocks to lift it over the rails so we cut strips of cardboard from our Amazon box and stuffed them under the unit.

Unclear directions. Poor diagrams. Do have all parts? It should be fun. Really?
See above comment. It isn't clear if I even have all the parts. Maybe. I have dealt with poorly written directions before, but none this bad.It says the parts were made in China so that one saves on buying the item. Really? If the directions are poor & one can't tell much from the diagrams, so what? I'm surprised Amazon hasn't had more complaints and made the necessary adjustments.

Very solid and adjustable angle
Holds our large samsung tablet beautifully. We read the daily newspaper, etc. on our large tablet at the table. This stand is made of metal and heavier than plastic, which is a good thing. It's very stable and the angle is easily adjusted. Very happy with this purchase. We use it daily. We've had it several months. In this case, we feel we got what we paid for.

Terrible Bracket - Doesn't Hold Up
This bracket is very poorly designed. The screws provided are too small for the holes on the bottom part of the bracket. For some reason, they used square holes for the bottom mounting bracket, and screws that fit all the way through the holes. So the screws have nothing to grip on the bracket itself. After just 3 days of use, the screws slipped out of their oversize holes, causing the top brackets to rip out of their mounted positions. Absolute garbage. Now I have to completely removed the window AC to get a new bracket installed.
