During this hectic holiday period I expected that it would take at least two weeks before I received it. It arrived after 5 days! I bought this for my daughter for Christmas so I can’t speak to the quality but if it’s Chanel, it’s the best!

Last longer then any other brands!! Easy to use and last long!! Worth every penny!! Easy to carry and does not have any scent!! Love it!!

This lip balm has been my go to for decades- it’s super moisturizing and luxurious and it lives on my nightstand.But I think it has been discontinued by Chanel- I found it here on AMAZON and snapped it up

I really do like this product. My lips stay hydrated longer than any other product I have used.

Expensive and nothing like the product I purchased before at a store. It’s oily on the surface and almost looks like paraffin with a melted surface. Very disappointed.so today I went to a store that sells Chanel cosmetics. Their lip product is in the photos on the rt side. You can see the packaging difference as well as the actual product difference. This was a rip off.

Have purchased this multiple times. It is expensive, but it lasts for at least 6 months at a time. I live in the high desert area of NV, which is very dry - whether inside or outside the house. My lips get very dry, brittle, and peel off the top layer. If I don't keep my lips moist, I will develop painful cold sores, especially when I spend time outside hiking, skiing, etc. So I use this as needed to prevent the chapping and head off the cold sores. Really feels good after applying.

Beautiful packaging, with a luxurious experience. A very softening feel for your lips. The negative, does not add a high shine, but a light one. You will also need to use fingers for application if you don’t bring along an application tool. The price is high for name brand, as the result mimics Vaseline.

Not sure if this is authentic. I contacted the seller who assured me it was, however I broke out in blisters on my lips from using it. Was advised to throw away and they issued me a full refund. Could have been a bad batch.
