Quick installation done after purchasing. Good product and service

I search almost many products b/w 15k to 20k, & finally ordered KENT, recieved damaged product(charging plug[1/3] pin was broken), I wasnt interested in replacing, so guy who came for Installation replaced with new 1 by making alteration, Coming to the product, it's so GOOD, looks attractive, Water taste is so GOOD, but lot of waste water, but compromised for the final drinking water, & also service is very reliable & quick, dont think about other products, just go for this.

My product was installed on 16th January 2021. My tap water TDS is 215 and I asked the installation engineer to adjust machine outlet water TDS at 100 since 75 to 125 is best TDS range for drinking water. Purifier doesn't make much noise. Zero water wastage is purely a gimmick. For those living in high rise flats, water wastage is inevitable. Zero water wastage is best for those who have duplex flats or individual water overhead tanks. I've installed Pre sediment filter to avoid brakish water entering the machine. This in turn will enhance the life of filters inside machine (I'll discuss about its installation issue later). Coming to installation engineer, person was very good. He was sent by Nagercoil service center (S enterprises). His name was Manikandan. Installed the purifier and also told abt its operations. Generally any other installation engineers for different products asks for some money after installation but this Kent installation engineer didn't. Hence it was a pleasant surprise. He knew English also which made my interaction with him quiet easier since I don't know Tamil. Now coming to issue of installation of pre-sediment filter. After the water purifier was delivered, I called Kent customer care for installation appointment for water purifier and asked them to send Kent pre sediment filter only along with Installation engineer. I was told the cost to be ₹750 including installation charges. But Installation engineer told me cost to be ₹1200 and as I called S enterprises they also said cost to be ₹1200. To this I didn't agreed and called the area service manager. Initially he also told me price to be ₹1200 saying prices have been increased recently. But later when I told him about ₹750 price told by a customer care and to give the pre-sediment filter in its original packing alongwith the GST invoice he also agreed that price is ₹750 only and told me that he will talk to S Enterprises to give the pre-sediment filter at ₹750 only. Later when the Installation engineer came with pre-sediment filter in original packing next day (since previous day he brought pre-sediment filter just wrapped in plastic) I saw the MRP to be ₹700 only. GST invoice also was provided by S enterprises for ₹700. Installation engineer told me to pay ₹700. So I pai him ₹700 only. So ppls deciding to purchase Kent pre-sediment filter along with water purifier should always ask for Kent pre-sediment filter in original packing only along with GST invoice. This way you may be saved from getting cheated.

I have been using KENT RO Grand Plus from last 1.5 Years with 500 TDS. Maintaince cost is huge. I have been using pre-filter from the start but still it didn't work properly. Till now I changed RO membrane 2 times whose cost is Rs 3200 each. Then all other filters changed. I also changed Solenoid valve. Initial value of product is good but maintance of product is not affordable.

As always, Kent RO Water Purifiers are good.

Good product if it works from day 1 of installation. Else you will be given a repaired one.
