Can this tube withstand hot fluid ~ 100C in temperature?

No. This tube can withstand a maximum temperature of 80C.

Are these disposable syringes?

Yes. The 100ml syringe is designed to be disposable and packed individually, but you can rinse and reuse for industrial use, it all depends on you.

Can this be used to fill in a tube with toothpaste?

I've never tried this, but I'd guess that the size of the hole in the toothpaste tube might be the limiting factor.
