The media could not be loaded.  The remote is necessary at the time we thought one of our nephews had taken the remote and played with it he's just a baby. So we had to purchase a new remote just to be able to use the TV, apparently our niece had used the remote and hid it. The remote is hard on the buttons it makes your thumb hurt (difficult push) If you're heading in with a smart TV and you have to select your password and your email address you will find yourselves going back in and out several times because it miss selects. I won't say I said a few choice words but I said a few choice words. Very honestly Samsung has a fantastic TV but I feel like they're remote is very ice age.

Kept loosing my remotes so I brought this 2 pack. Very smooth & easy to use! Works just as good as the one the tv came with.

This remote was exact replica to the one remote that came with TV. Nice having two remotes. Was impressed it came with Duracell vs generic batteries that came with the TV.

I ordered this in order to replace my previous controller. It was the exact same model, but for some reason, the power button will not turn on/off my TV. Not sure if it’s a software issue, but it works perfectly fine for everything else.

Funciona bien, lo malo es que necesitas apuntar en un ángulo muy recto a la TV o no lo va a detectar, se percibe con un retraso en la fluidez en la TV roku

Funciona perfectamente, la calidad del material me preocupaba, pero ha sido buena.

No es el de la imagen, es un modelo anterior o distinto al de la imagen. Por lo demás es buen producto, cumple su función.

Funcionó bien para la pantalla TCL Roku.
