ordered this product for my vexen cosplay :)the colour was right, but the fringe part was a little shorter than expected - which was okay, since my face is quite long. i had the bangs tied back in the photo - the wig was very easy to comb, quite thin, but soft. i imagine it'd be easy to wash, too. the colour is a little lighter than depicted but it still ended up working well :)

I like to purchase cosplay wigs for as cheap as I'm willing to go due to budget, and the fact I end up hacking it for parts or dramatically altering it for the final look.Majority of the time I go onto Ebay for cheap wigs, but I wanted to try Amazon this time around.and wow.. let me just say, this is really a good quality wig compare to ones I've gotten in the past.You have an all around mesh cap, which is expected with these types of wigs, meaning there's not much room for stretching out the cap to fit larger head sizes.If you know how to install elastics and alter mesh caps, it wouldn't be an issue, but for beginners it might not be as easy.The weft amount and spacing and really decent. The wig doesn't easily show the wefts and caps when fiddling with it, and it's got an even amount of hair all around.It's obviously gonna be a bit more shiny than a higher-end cosplay wig would be, but nothing like some baby powder or dry shampoo to fix that up.Super soft to the touch. A little bit on the "easy-to-tangle" side.In the end, this is a fantastic "base" wig to start off for cosplay purposes.

I got the wig for Mikan Tsumiki from SDR2. I cut the bangs, and will possibly cut the wig for Mikan's actual hairstyle. But the wig tangles VERY easily!! I own 2 other MapOfBeauty wigs that i use for Kaede and Kiyo from DRV3, and they don't tangle nearly as much (the one i use for Kaede is just a little shorter, the one i use for Kiyo goes to just about the same length since i cut it, but used to go past my elbows). I kept it braided and then wore it twice for testing makeup. There are already plenty of tangles, especially near the top actually. My advice is, keep the wig braided when not in use, and comb out the tangles with spray. I use simply water mixed with shampoo and it does the job easy! I'll be going as Mikan to a con very soon using this wig, so i'll update it afterward like i do with most cosplays/wigs i wear to cons. If you'd like to see how the wig looks, my TikTok is _cursedcosplay_EDIT: The con i went to passed, so i'm updating this: the wig, like i said, tangles MUCH MORE EASILY THAN OTHER MAPOFBEAUTY WIGS. i'm going to have to take a star off because of it, sadly. Like i said, a very nice wig but, despite it being shorter than wigs i have that caused a LOT of issues with tangling, it's knotted easily. I'm likely going to buy a new wig for Mikan at one point. I also cut the wig in numerous places to be closer to Mikan's actual hair style, it's very thin in some of those places but that's understandable. It also frizzes extremely easily. I know all wigs tangle and frizz, but its much more visible with this one.Yet another edit: Like i said, i'm likely going to buy a new Mikan wig if possible, or go back to using my natural hair like i did for a long time. Despite the wig going to around my regular hair length, and me brushing and combing it when needed, it is VERY tangly. I use detangler and a comb, plus wig brush, and keep it braided, and it doesn't work much. When I've brushed it gently, whole WEFTS have come out. My friend has a Mapofbeauty wig in the same color, or well, had one. Despite her keeping good care of it, it tangled easy and was barely wearable. So the purple colors aren't that great imo.

I was honestly shocked how nice this wig was. It came wrapped wonderfully and in great condition, and though I was unsure of the color for Hinata at first it actually looks great in pictures! (Bathroom selfie ftw)I did need to trim up the bangs but that's fine with me. I would rather trim up a wig rather than get one that was too short. Just remember if you need to trim yours as well PLEASE put it on yourself and use HAIR CUTTING scissors for a good clean cut and proper styling.

Not too bad! Since the wig is thinner (as expected with the price) it does look a bit more obviously cheaper but seriously not bad for what you pay. I expected extreme tangling based on the comments and reviews, but as long as you keep it combed and braided when not wearing it mines been great. The fit was nice as well. The color was slightly more bright blue than I was expecting to get, so if I had to order again I'd probably try the other dark blue option. Between that and it being thin is the only reason for 4 stars.What I did first was brush with a wide-tooth comb and spray lightly with dry shampoo to get rid of some of the shininess and some faint factory smell. For care I just use a detangler spray and keep it on the original storage bag.

So, I bought this wig to use for an Itachi cosplay (from Naruto). It's not the worst wig in the world, and it is certainly better than a Party City or Walmart Halloween section wig. The most upsetting thing about this wig is the smell. It is very alarming and apparent. I'm going to wash it to see it that helps, but that is something to note when buying this. Also, the bangs actually part in the middle, not to the side. The part is very badly done. There's short wig hair just sticking straight out. One good thing is that the wig is really soft and easy to brush, HOWEVER this makes it very hard to style. I tried pinning the bangs back with bobby pins and it just wouldn't hold since the hair is so thin and silky.TLDR; I wouldn't really recommend this wig unless it's for a quick Halloween costume.

Is it a little thin? Absolutely. However, it's absolutely gorgeous in terms of quality- unlike most lightly colored wigs, this one does not look shiny or unnatural at all, and if you need a fuller wig, stacking two should definitely make it work. I bought this specifically for layering over/styling with a blue wig (the wavy 32in from the same company, which I also reviewed) and I almost did not want to braid it since it was so beautiful. The only downside is that it is NOT heat resistant, but that did not impact my experience in any way as I did not style it beyond braiding.

Over the moon with this wig. I use these wigs for my IG photos. Have gotten used to the excessive length and bangs. Chopped a load off the length, cut a fring in and good to go. This was already straight so nothing else I needed to do. Fit was good with the cap adjustment available at the back of the neck as usual. Colour is a deep violet which is stunning. For the price they are very good quality and great for what I need. Came in a hair net with a wig cap secured in a plastic bag. Hair was neat in the bag, no bad folds or bends.

It is actually nicer than I expected to it be, considering the price. Hair is really thick, nicely long and doesn't look like plastic at all. It also fits quite well so you don't have to fix it all the time while wearing. But, it is also very tight and if you intend to wear it for a long time, it gives you headache.

I would not recommend wearing this out unless you have a hat on! I expected it to be thin because of the price, but the cap shows on the crown of the head because of how thin the wefts are. Luckily I only needed it for photos.The actual wig hair itself is super soft, tangles a little easily but that's expect with cheap synthetics.Does the job, but isn't anything remarkable (which isn't surprising considering how low the price is)

It's not a bad wig but it isn't great.First thing I noticed was how soft it is! It feels really nice. The bad thing is that it seems to tangle at the ends, there seems to be more fallout then usual and its on the thinner side despite it's length. I've began to style it (currently waiting for a wig stand) I'm hoping to back comb it as I'm putting it into a braid, hopefully back combing it will help give it more volume. I brought it for about £9 so for the price it's pretty good!
