Don't waste your money.
Debating on whether or not to send this back. I need it for Tango calls between child and parent. Tango works on it. It's very very slow. I'm not sure if it was pre owned before me but it had video and pictures on it when I got it. (It says brand new on the description) ?? It was hard to set things up on and wanted a Google account just to work anything. We will try it for what I need it for (tango) for a few days and see...

Programs run slow and it freezes constantly.

Had issues after a few months
It was great for my daughter for a few months. It never had a problem charging and had a pretty good battery life. I loved the case it came with.The issue we had was that after a few months it decided to not work. I turned it on one day and all it showed was the android bot on his back and said "no command" I did everything possible to get it working again. Nothing worked.
