Toilet water has the least amount—2% oil in 60-80% alcohol and 20% water. Higher end colognes will have a higher percentage of oils, and the fragrance duration will last longer. This tends to be a medium to higher end cologne. Unlike cheaper colognes which have high levels of alcohol which dissipates quickly, this will last a good 6-12 hours before fading. So yes there are oils in the cologne, the exact amount you wont find on here, or their website. You can however find the key notes and sub notes, or oil fragrances used in the description of the product.
