No back relieve
It said it would help with the pounding on the lower back. Notice no different than my other insoles.

Great product, shoes are more comfortable with more support now. My feet don't hurt anymore. Easy to cut/trim and insert into my shoes. Recommend. 5 stars.

Not high arch, crowds toes
Bought for football. Ok as exta padding. Good heel cushion. Arch is not prominent, takes up too much toe space when cut to fit shoe size. Will be using for regular shoes.
