Will this rip the poster when removing?

Hold the poster flat and SLOWLY peel it up and it should come off fairly easy.

What is the 3M strips called that have adhesive on both sides? The hook side & the wall side

They are called refill strips. You can’t buy it on a roll you buy the refills in the size you need. Make sure you get the correct size.

Could these be used to install 3d wall panels dont want to use something permanent or that would damage the wall?
