Great product!
I’m just finding out that I have some sort of problem with gluten (not sure if it’s celiac or intolerance yet) and this pancake mix is as good as regular mix. The batter smells sweet and delicious when you mix it up. I melt some salted butter in the pan to put into the batter with the milk. I’ve already almost went through two bags since I first tried it. I just finished some now with melted salted butter and heated maple syrup.

Tastes Amazing!!
My son suddenly cannot tolerate any gluten. I bought this pancake mix to try and it is amazing! Our entire family lives it so much that I no longer make normal pancakes. I only make these and the entire family eats them. They have eggs in them, so that adds protein and nutrients to this mix. Normal pancakes make me feel jittery and Shakey, but these make me feel energized and full. It makes a fluffy and delicious pancake. We make them with oat milk because our daughter cannot have dairy, and they're great made that way. I have also made them with normal milk before and the turned out just as great. Most of the times when I prepare this mix, I use it to make waffles. It makes great waffles or pancakes. The choice is yours. We always make sure to keep this mix on hand in the pantry.

The ONLY gluten free pancake mix!
The ONLY gluten-free pancake mix that my wife gets that the kids and I both enjoy as well! It’sa little pricier but cheaper on Amazon when we buy in bulk. The other brands, in my opinion, taste off or are the wrong consistency/texture. That is not the case with King Arthur!

Needs some help, but not bad
Let me preface this by saying that I'm still new to being gluten-free, and I haven't tried very many GF box mixes yet. (GF is expensive, yo!) So, I don't have anything to compare it against other than our usual easy standby pancake mix, which is a sweet buttermilk. When mixed properly according to package directions, I observed that it:-Looks like typical pancake batter-Pours like typical pancake batter-Cooks like typical pancake batter-Has the same texture as typical pancake batterand-Tastes like a typical plain type pancake batter (after cooking, of course)The flavor needs a little help, in my opinion, and I foresaw this because our usual easy add-water mix already has a lot of flavor in it; I added some vanilla extract to the liquid ingredients before mixing into the dry mix, and added some of our cinnamon/sugar combo to it. Next time I use this, I'm going to try making them with buttermilk instead of just milk. It's not bad otherwise, just me being nitpicky. However, I'm going to only give it a 4/5 because of one thing, and it's kind of a big one. We've made our own pancake mix in the past, and this really isn't any different. The only thing is that the dry ingredients are already mixed for you, and you're just adding the wet. To me, that really doesn't make this worth it to keep in the house knowing that I already have everything else to make it, and probably for a lot cheaper, GF 1:1 flour included. If this were a just add water mix, it would be a bit different, just for the ease of mixing and cooking quickly without having to make a mess or extra dishes, but it's not.So, good if you don't want to have to go through the work of finding a recipe to make them yourself (and everything that goes into it), bad if you're used to cooking from scratch anyway, and very likely already have all the ingredients on-hand. I'll use this stuff up, but I won't buy it again. I'll just adjust our preexisting pancake mix recipe for GF.
