Sonne's Calphonite Liquid Calcium Phosphorus, 15 Fluid Ounce

My mother used to own a health food store and has a lot of knowledge about vitamins and supplements. This is the only calcium supplement she will take. She has done a lot of research, and most vitamins and supplements are poor quality and have unnecessary or even dangerous fillers. I trust her opinion so I decided to start taking this supplement too, since she trusts its quality.Warning! It tastes terrible! I just suffer through it and swallow it plain, but it might be possible to hide it in a smoothie.It’s difficult to get enough calcium from food (especially since I don’t eat dairy). This supplement is helping me get enough calcium.

Good product

This product really seems to be helping my joint paint, and sluggish digestion. Calcium Phosphate is the precursor that creates stomach acid, along with Sodium Chloride, and Potassium Chloride.

Drs wanted me on a scrip, I chose to try this. Blood work will tell the tale if it is working!

This product was awful..this is the wrong brand of Sonnes. I don’t recommend anyone to buy this terrible item

I like that it has improved my bone density.

The liquid form makes it a lot more pleasant, I just mix it into a little kefir for my daily dose.

This product helped with the healing process on my broken leg. I was our of a cast with no fracture visible in under 8 weeks.
