Q: What size would I order for a not wearing a size 6? Little boy medium?

I ordered the 5/6 for my then 5 and a half year old. Wore it till he was nearly 7!

Yes, for the top. The hood is a little loose and the hoodie tends to run small. But it is brightly colored and good quality.

Q: What is the different between size 4 and 4T?

4T is for a toddler vs a size 4 is for bigger young children. I have a 5 year old and a 4T would be too small for him but he can wear clothes that are size 4-6 in the kids section. Sizing goes 0-18 months for babies, then 1T-5T for toddlers then 4+ for kids.

Q: For size 8 or 10 which size should i get?

I always go with the bigger size for a sweatshirt This is a nice quality item. Heavier fabric and true to size
