In my order (rated as two pounds) I received 16 individual zefirs. They tasted great, just like the ones I fell in love with while visiting Russia. I was introduced to zefir by Russian friends on my trips to Moscow. Zefir in this product has the right texture and flavor.Russian zefir can only be described as an American marshmallow as an approximation. Zefir is made by whipping fruit and berry purée (apple puree or strawberry puree) with sugar and egg whites. It is less chewy than a marshmallow and has a lot more flavor, not just sugar.The price of this item fluctuates. Taste is off. Too sweet and heavy with weird tasting chewy bits. Zefir should be light and fluffy like a cloud, there should not be any chewy bits. Maybe, it's just old and went rancid.Seller does not accept returns so I am out $30+!Also, no chocolate mints.

Soft, sweet and gummy! First time trying Zefir. Brought them to work and they were gone in about 3 hours. Nobody had heard of Zefir but everyone devoured them. Fast shipping and they were very fresh.

Zefir ( Marshmallow) was delivered in terrible condition. They were smashed and sticky. Bunched up together. Not in a box just in plastic bag. Taste is ok. Will not buy again.
