Sea-Band Anti-Nausea Acupressure Wristband for Motion & Morning Sickness, Child, Color May Vary

I actually prefer the child-sized Sea-Bands over the adult version. The tighter fit provides better pressure, which really helps manage my nausea and imbalance. They work great for controlling that 'rocky' feeling during travel and everyday life.

Great relief for my child that has easy car sickness. Super effective but should be worn as soon as entering vehicle.

These fit my toddler perfectly and seem to be helping. I love the travel case so I can throw them in a bag when we're on the go. I will be purchasing more.

My 3 year old has gotten car sick a few times so I bought these trying to find something that might help during long car rides. Cleaning up a child, carseat and car mid-trip is NOT fun and makes the car ride that much longer!! We travel in the car often to visit family and friends so I was desperate to find a solution. Since she is only 3, I wasn't sure what I was going to do to keep her occupied during our long car rides when she gets car sick doing almost anything. My sister suggested we try these so I bought them thinking it was worth a shot. We have gone on two 5 hour car rides since I purchased these and she was able to play, watch a movie and color without getting sick! I'm hopeful these will be our solution!! I read some reviews that thought there was not a difference in size between the child ones and the adult ones (only the colors were different). Although I have not tried the adult version, I would highly suggest the child size for toddlers or small children. The bands were the right size for my 3 year old and although I could squeeze them on my wrists, I think they would become uncomfortable and too tight on my wrists after awhile. My daughter wore them without any complaining about the size or tightness. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you do not get to pick your colors. It would be nice to have a choice. We received the green camo ones. It would not have been my first choice in colors but they served their purpose and are only worn during our long car rides.

Update from my original post below, we contacted sea bands and they responded immediately with a new pair to replace the fraying one. Great service! Well my daughter loves them (we bought them for her to wear on the long bus ride to/from school), the color and fit are great, and they seem to work, but it’s been less than 2 weeks and they’re already tearing apart at the seams! I’ve contacted Sea Bands to see if they can do anything, we may return them. I’ll update this post with our end results…picture attached.

I bought these for both my kids. They don’t seem to work great but oddly enough that’s not my biggest complaint! The box came completely destroyed!! The bracelets seemed fine but the rest of the box and cases were messed up. They apparently didn’t allow returns (a fact I seemed to have missed) so I am stuck with them! I’ll be more careful in my purchasing in the future! That being said I have a 6 year old boy and an 8 year old girl and the bands seems to fit them both fine. They stay in place and neither has complained they are uncomfortable. So whether they work or not they do wear them. I do like that they came with a case for each pair .

We’ve travelled to the same beach condo 3 years in a row. We leave the same time every year, drive the same route, in the same vehicle and the past 2 yrs my son (now 7) has gotten so car sick we’d have to pull over several times and sit outside at a rest stop up to an hour before he can manage to get back into the car without getting sick. The first year, what we call puke-a-polooza, he got sick, throw up all over himself and the backseat, his older sister next to him, saw the puke, and threw up all over herself and her side of the backseat. So we spent over an hour at a car wash vacuuming out the car and trying to remove the stench from the car. We had only driven 3 hours and had another 7hrs to go! Back to these bands. I’ve tried the medication and the stickers behind the ear. None seemed to work. Got these bands because I wasn’t taking any chances this year and really didn’t want to extend our traveling time. Put the bands on him about an hour into the drive. Roughly 30 minutes before we got to the spot where he always seems to get sick (talking to you Virginia) and he was perfectly fine! We didn’t have to stop any additional times for sickness. Wore them on the way there and back and no sickness, no crying, and most importantly NO puke. Comfortable fit. A little snug but not constricting. Easy to wear and fit in cute little compact. The only negative is I ordered the blue pair for my blue loving son and we got army green. I’d imagine they work exactly the same, but that’s my only negative thing about these. I’ve already ordered myself an adult size for myself. Seriously if anyone in your family gets car sick, get these! You’ll thank me and these bands!

Works great, my baby didn't get car sickness after wearing it

I purchased these for my 7 year old. Over the last few years, she has been getting car sick quite easily. These work amazing. To put it into perspective: Yesterday, we drove 27.2km and she was feeling sick between 10-15km. She did not have the bands on. We had to wait 5-10 minutes before entering a store because she still felt like she was going to be sick. Today, we drove 48.8km. She was wearing these bands. That's 21.6km more than the previous day. Almost double the amount of driving. She never felt sick once. We didn't have to wait in the car while she almost gets sick before entering a store. She was absolutely fine. When we took off the bands when we got home, they did leave some impressions on her wrist but she said she couldn't feel the bands and forgot she was wearing them. I will be purchasing another pair for my parents vehicle. Definitely recommend to anyone curious if they work. I would suggest to the manufacturer to change the band fabric to help not leave impressions around the wrist.

The product really works.

I accidentally bought the child size, but used them while I waited for the adult bands to arrive. They work pretty well, but they are very tiny and cut off the circulation in your wrists after a while. Even my little sister with down syndrome who has tiny wrists got red marks on her wrists after wearing them for a bit.
