For acetyl Glutathione, see Amazon's Glutathione Gold in acid-resistant caps to get it to the gut, large 120 size better buy than 60 cap bottle. NutriCology sells A-G but doesn't say acid-resistant caps though contains acid in listed ingredients.

So long as the bottle has the NAC and not some crap, then you are good. It is GMP quality assured, which is the industry oversight group that supplements wanted to use over the FDA. So it should be NAC, I use it all the time.

why is jarrow nac better than now nac?

In my opinion neither is a quality product. NAC should have a distinct odor you notice as soon as you open the bottle - a rotten egg smell. Neither of them has this. There is not odor even if you open the capsule, and no rotten egg taste. Try Solgar.
