J-frame
We ordered this for my wife's J-frame 642. The quality is what you would expect from Blackhawk, no surprise there, just a well made piece of kit. The small size fits the 642 well enough, though the universal holster leaves a bit of wiggle room, but if you adjust the Velcro straps correctly the gun will be very secure. The thumb break works as expected. There are two loops on the back of the holster that you can pass a belt through making it very snatch resistant. The plastic buckle on the waist strap seems strong and it requires pushing an additional tab to release, so if someone were to come from behind you and push the two normal tabs you would notice and be able to ward off the snatch attempt because of the third small tab in the middle of the buckle. The magazine loops do fine duty for a speed loader but you have to place it in the loop that is under the trigger guard (if diagonally placed) to prevent rubbing and a bulge. Using the loops cords the holster "rips" open easily with no catching so far. The two side pouches are really too small for anything useful in my opinion, it's really hard to retrieve change, etc. from them but if you had a short cord or lanyard on your keys, it would be useful for that. Not too much room for anything else in the pack besides a gun and speed loader or magazine.I tried to put my Glock 23 in it, but it really would need to be more horizontal otherwise the magazine plate catches the zipper and prevents a clean "rip." I didn't try to place a magazine in there, so I'm not sure how it would fit. I think it's a bit on the small side for the G19 or G23 but a G26 or G27 should fit fine.

Small and easy to store various items
While not a large fan of fanny packs for weapons there are times when it is that or nothing and I prefer something to nothing. The Blackhawk is well thought out, it will hole a small-medium frame semi auto, ID, some cash, permits and licensee. It is easily adjustable and the holster is as easy as you are going to get to draw from a bag. The only draw back to this is the same as any fanny pack, you have identified where your weapon is to any experienced predator. Use a higher level of situational awareness and maintain a greater distance from any potential threat, to couter.

Not big and bulky and works great
I was worried a conceal carry fanny pack would be too big and bulky but this one is perfect size. Fits my S&W .380 M&P perfectly. Comes with an attached expandable waist strap (hard to tell in the description) and fits me perfect. Very happy with my bag.

Comfortable, durable, perfect size
This is my 2nd Blackhawk. The first one was a medium for my S&W 6906 that I've had for 10 years, and still counting. It doesn't look like it will be giving up any time soon, so I decided to get another one for my S&W model 36. The smaller Blackhawk is perfect for the "Chief's special". It's not bulky, is very comfortable, and is well constructed which makes it very tough. Nuff said!

Very well made
For concealed carry this will take a 4" 1911 plus mag plus cell phone, money, etc. So this "Small" fanny pack is pretty large. they could probably do a subcompact size also. The square design is not exactly elegant but it's not too large and it IS a fanny pack after all so how elegant can you be.Good for jogging, hiking, etc.

Great small holster pack
Arrived on time, packaged well. Well made pouch, extra long belt. I could probably get rid of 1/3 of the belt and still have enough belt but the belt comes with 2 permanent keepers that secure it well with no flapping. I bought it for a subcompact 9 and it fit perfectly. Great for all my outdoor activities.
