Good Quality product it serves its purpose it can cook your steak to perfection. The fondue function is versatile ive used mine as a Korean hot pot and its serves 2 person/serve at a time just top up for more people. Grill function is brilliant cooks your meat in no time as long as in thin cuts. 2 things I can critic. It says 1900w but there's a printed says otherwise its 1300w but no big deal it can cook your food brilliantly. And second its German Quality but its made in China. Overall its a good cooking appliance that keeps your family and friends together in dining. Still nothing beats charcoal grill on flavour.

I should of bought this long ago!what a great thing to have!we absolutely love it!even though this is meant to be for a big group of ppl me and my partner found it just the perfect size for two we like to have lots of veg w our food and we filled the surface to its max!food cooks evenly and it’s a fantastic thing to own!

Good product, really good quality and beautiful to put in a table and have an amazing dinner with friends /family. The only negative point for me is that in the first use I couldn't take the stain from the grill part after grilling some bacon and beef.

This is a fantastic machine. We have used it several times for meals with friends. Any more than 4 people can be a squeeze on the hotplate, but we put an additional hotplate on the table if that's the case.The quality is excellent, would definitely recommend!

I like it but hadn’t realised just how much room it would take up! I’ve only used the fondue so far and am looking forward to using the racklet, but it was disappointing that no recipes were included, and I’m struggling to find a decent recipe book that isn’t in a foreign language!

WE enjoyed using the Racellete grill, great fun.It would be great if you could supply a small cheese holder that fits under the grill as 7 small were supplied and 1 high sided one. Thank you in advance.

Had this for about 2 years, its does the job OK but isn't too easy to clean (the metal grill plate isn't very non-stick and scratches easily). The two thermostat controls aren't labelled, so I always have to check the manual before using it. But the biggest problem was the loose connection, as it turned out to be inside the cheap UK plug it came with (just gradually got more unreliable with time).Otherwise does what it should and a nice multi-functional unit.
