Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve had nausea Zofran hasn’t touched this pregnancy, and I took one this morning right when I received the delivery, and in about 20 mins, I felt so much better. Worth it, ladies!

I’m currently in my first trimester of pregnancy and morning sickness hit straight away at 6 weeks. I’ve been waking up nauseous every morning and vomiting at least 2-3 times a week. My OBGYN told me to start adding some extra vitamin B6 supplements in addition to the prenatal vitamins i’m already taking. I’ve ordered from Solgar before and was happy with their product, so I decided to give these a go. After taking them I instantly saw improvements!! Obviously it did not completely eliminate my morning sickness, but It made it much easier to be able to stomach my breakfast without vomiting. However, it comes with 100 vitamins which should last a while, so I think it’s worth it. I was tested for blood level B6, and tested at the very bottom of normal. My neurologist said I should take a supplement, going no higher than 50 mg. I like this supplement for 2 reasons. The first is that the pills come in a smaller dose of 25 mg, versus the frequently available 50 mg. I am being cautious because getting too high of a blood level B6 can cause nerve problems, which is the opposite of what I am trying to do. The second is that Solgar has a good reputation. The only drawbacks with this supplement are the cost, as well as the bottle not having cotton/similar substance inside to prevent the pills from jumbling about during transport. None of the pills appear broken so far, but they could have been because there is a lot of space in the bottle. But overall I am very satisfied.
