Any body know if this guitar have real bone nut and saddle on it

No, it is not. However, replace them are not too difficult. I did it myself.

Where is this guitar manufactured?

I own the 12 string version (LL-16-12) that I purchased on Amazon in early 2017 and the labeling and everything in the case and box says it was "made in China" sorry to say. However since the Rosewood is sourced from India, the Spruce top sourced out of Finland or Sweden and the neck materials were sourced out of the Philippines & Indonesia, the passive acoustic-electronics out of Japan; so the "made in China" means it was assembled there and shipped from there. After playing mine actively for well over a year now (I play three services a week at my church and practices as well as private gigs), the guitar has performed excellently and sounds almost as good as my 30 year old Yamaha FG460S-12 which I had to have electronics added to be able to play live gigs. And I can't fault the Chinese workmanship, because mine is flawless! Hope this helps!

Can this guitar be played both acoustically and plugged in?

I didn´t played it yet, but yes.. of course..

Does it come packed in it's hardshell case?

I bought the LL16M several months ago and it came with a hard shell case. However, I think that Yamaha now offers a gig bag with the LL models.
