(I did not get ANY kickbacks or paid to review this product. I just am excited to have something my beardies like to eat!) My 3 bearded dragons really enjoyed this food. It ensures that they get the proper nutrients needed for healthy growth. Every bearded dragon that I have owned has never turned this down. Pros: -Shatterproof jar. -Freeze-dried insects allow this food item to never have to be chilled. -Long lasting shelf life. - Jam-packed with Vitamins. (Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Vitamin A.) -Picky eaters eat it. -A balanced diet in a jar. -Red color intices beardies to eat. -Affordable Cons: -May become stale if the jar is not closed. -Not a complete diet. (Lizards still require greens.) -Sometimes (Rarely) a bearded dragon will not eat this unless it is wiggled to stimulate life. In conclusion, this is really a masterpiece at an affordable price which fuels Bearded dragons. Unlike some other brands, Flukers hit the spot with a healthy food that reptiles can't seem to turn down. I took this video to show how well this works.

My dragon Wrex is really picky about pre-packaged food - e.g. he has literally never accepted one in his life. I have several containers of 99% full pre-packaged dragon food that Wrex refused to eat. So when I made plans for my parents to watch him while I'm out of the country, I thought for sure they would be stuck with having to find fresh greens and crickets every day. Not wanting to massively inconvenience them, I threw this into my Amazon cart on a whim, not really thinking they would ever get eaten. They came today, and I threw them in his food bowl along with some lettuce. I fully expected to see him eat around them like he has every other pellet food, but after snatching up a few lettuce leaves, he eyed these with his ever-critical eye and tried one. Then another, and another. I couldn't believe it, but he loves them - I'm really delighted. I'll still have my parents feed him fresh foods, but now it will be a lot easier for them to give him a quick meal if they can't get him any fresh food for a day or so. When these run out, I will definitely be buying more. They will definitely be a staple in my dragon closet from now on for a quick-n-dirty meal for Wrex.

Mine came with LOTS of freeze-dried adult crickets along with the red pellets and a few freeze-dried mealworms. My dragon isn't crazy about these, but she does eat them every once in a while. She likes things that are bright red. They also make a pleasant crunching sound - it's like your dragon is eating little red cheetos. Remember, this is not a primary food source for bearded dragons. Even the jar itself says it recommends "supplementing" their diet with fresh food. I use the Buffet Blend as a treat or snack, sometimes mixing a few into my dragon's salad to give it some variety. I also keep it as an emergency food, in case there is a day that I have no fresh food for whatever reason. To be honest, I don't like the freeze-dried insects that come in here. My dragon doesn't eat them and I think they're gross. I only feed her fresh insects. So I just toss the dead bugs outside and watch wild animals eat them. :P

I was at my wits end with my son’s juvenile bearded dragon !!! He was so picky about the food we bought for him and would barely eat any … I would buy him crickets and he’d be so hungry , he’d eat them all in a matter of 5 minutes!! Crickets are expensive and aren’t supposed to be his main diet anyway. Out of shear desperation I ordered this food and WOW 😯 he started eating it !!! Like really eating it , like a normal beardie should be !!! I am so happy I found something he likes and it also is a bigger amount than I thought, so for the price point, it was a great deal as well !!!!

This is great stuff just our bearded dragons wouldn't have anything to do with it at all. Has a very earthy smell. Appearance is bright it's easy to use!

Our beautiful Marley lived to be an INSANE 16 years before she passed, and this food was her diet (bugs etc as well). We now have a year old male dragon and he loves this food, he is very active and healthy and grew big so fast!!

My bearded dragon loves these. I feed this to him between cricket feedings. He will eat them up pretty quick considering they are not live bugs. I think he likes these crunchy bits the best
