Ace Trading L-ps525pwi Round Slate Plant Stand with Folding Base

I needed a small table for refreshments to place between two outside patio chairs. Because of the fall season and all of the patio furniture being packed away so that Christmas decorations could be displayed, I was having a hard time finding something reasonably priced in town. I saw this on-line and decided to give it a try. I was really pleased with the purchase. The bottom is as you see in the picture, not too frilly--painted black. The top part looks like tile and is really pretty. It was packaged carefully and only took a moment to put together. It is sturdy enough that I feel it will hold up outside very well. I liked it so well I was tempted to use it inside.

When digitizing vinyl to MP3, most (all?) vintage turntables like my Sony PS-T3 require a phono preamp to provide line-level output and RIAA equalization. The same is true when playing records on a modern home audio system. I briefly considered any of the highly-rated tube preamps for ~$20 more. However, since my Windows 10 laptop lacks a Line In jack—on some, the Mic jack will accommodate but, not on mine—this great-sounding preamp with its USB output is the perfect match for my needs. I honestly don't have much to compare it to. But there's no waiting like a tube type preamp. Works much better than the built in preamp in my turntable. Heavy for its size so assuming it's solidly built. I do like it adjustability. I use it as a phono preamp and have the left and right knob pretty much straight up and the middle one turned down like another reviewer wrote.

I purchased this on a bit of a whim, it was on special and I thought it looked cute. I thought it might feel cheap because it wasn't that expensive - I was very mistaken. The top is heavy!!! I can see this being used indoors or out, right now we have it in and intend on putting a plant on it. It looks exactly like the picture. Ours has a bit of unevenness on the top but that gives it more of a handcrafted look. I could see this being a lot more expensive in a garden store and while I have only had it one day, I've already received compliments on it. I would feel comfy putting up to 40ish pounds on it, my guess is it could handle more than that though.

This is the perfect table for my needs. It was so easy to put together. Stands perfectly on the floor. NO WOBBLES as a have seen other reviewers comment. Top is heavy. Do yourself a favor when putting together. PUT THE TOP UPSIDE DOWN on a table or work bench. Then attach the legs. So simple, even I did it by myself.

Very nice table. I love the slate mosaic on top. It looks really lovely and expensive. The legs are a little less stable than I would have liked, but so far the table hasn't tipped over. Our last table that was somewhat similar ended up rusting, so I hope this one doesn't follow suit! I think I'll take this one apart and store over the winter instead of leaving on the covered patio.

I love this stand. The stone work is beautiful and well made, the base is sturdy. The product was delivered right after I ordered the product with efficiency. I was pleasantly surprised with that. It was easy to put together. I feel the product is worth every penny and would order it again.

I had to return this as although the table top was very pretty the stand did not fit into the top. So it was a big hassle to get all this packed up again. Very disappointed that the manufacturer didn't check. The metal doesn't "give" of course so it wasn't like you could force it to fit. The measurements were just off - only about 1/4+ of an inch or so.
