missing part
The product looks pretty but the pump cap did not fit well and is missing the straw like thing that actually makes the soap pump

Cheap plastic pump does not attach
The media could not be loaded. Pump does not attach to soap dispenser. It just spins around and never attaches. Cheap, and a waste of money.

Broken
Mine arrived with a broken pump apparatus. It was actually missing the spout portion and my efforts to obtain a replacement came to nothing. Very expensive for something that arrived defective.
