One of the best items I've ever spent money on. I was having trouble sleeping at one point, and for a while would turn the fan on in my bathroom and let it run all night, to provide white noise, and also to block out the repetitive sounds my senior dog makes lol. (For context, she is very old and had some teeth pulled, so she smacks her mouth and lips a lot. She also can get anxious sometimes and likes to lick her bed, apparently it helps soothe her. None of that is her fought and I don't hold it against her, but as you can imagine, the sounds are not the greatest thing to hear when trying to fall asleep haha.) Anyways, I'm a very worrisome person and I began to get paranoid that leaving my bathroom fan on all night could be a potential fire hazard. So I stopped using it and began looking into noise machines. I looked at so many different kinds and eventually settled on this one. It ended up being perfect and is everything I wanted, plus more.Some cool features: You can change the timer for how long it stays on, or set it to just run all night, which is my go to setting. If you do set a timer, the white noise it creates doesn't just stop suddenly, it slowly fades out so not to disturb your sleep, which I think is a really cool part of its design. The volume buttons are easy to locate and do exactly what they're supposed to do. It also has a plethora of different sounds to use. My most favorite is the sound of heavy rain fall. I also use the bathroom fan sound quite a lot as well. Another feature I like is that it doesn't have a ton of bright lights on it. If you choose to turn the timer on, it will show a very faint dot based on which timer you pick. Because I let it run all night, there aren't any faint dots that show up. It's also very travel friendly, very similar to tossing a phone in your bag with its charger and walking out the door. I'll most likely buy a second one in the upcoming months for when I travel, that way my other one can stay at home. As far as sound quality goes, I give this noise machine a 10/10. The noises aren't scratchy or grating, but very natural and soothing. I've not had any issues with the volume or adjusting it and the speaker sounds great too.This little box has been a game changer for me in terms of falling asleep more easily, and I'm really glad I purchased it. If you're worried about it being complicated to use, don't be. It's super easy to setup, and basically plug and play. I've said it already, but I'm really happy with this purchase and it's definitely one of the best items I've spent money on. I bought this for my husband when he has to travel for work. He has a machine he uses at home but we needed a solution that is small enough to travel and have good sound quality. He used it last night for the first time and he said it worked really good and he slept very well. I recommend this product. It’s small enough to pack in a carry-on and it’s easy to set up. The sound quality is good even for a small as it is.

Reliable and Travel-Friendly Sound MachineI use this sound machine every night, and it’s been great. The volume control offers 10 different levels, so you can adjust it to exactly the right sound level for your space. The design is sleek, and it’s small enough to fit easily in my backpack for travel. It doesn’t take up much space on my nightstand either, which I appreciate. The only downside is the indicator light on the back—it’s pretty bright. I prefer a completely dark room, so that’s something to consider, but it may not bother everyone. Overall, it works really well and has held up great!

This is a highly functional and wonderfully portable unit, many sound selections, I find that the best part is that it can play continuously (yea) it seems to help my dog relax, it does provide adequate cover for the auto/cycle noises in our neighborhood when we are trying to sleep. Programming is straightforward, I set the volume, pick the sound, it plays unit I hit stop and it remembers where I left off (retains program that I selected). ONLY, negative, the controls are 'Teeny" if you have big fingers or sometimes my 'tremors' make me toggle incorrectly....if you can adjust to those parameters, this is a BEST BUY esp. w/features/

I really like this sound machine. It's very small, but that is what I wanted. It fits nicely on my dresser or nightstand. However, it has plenty of volume. It also offers plenty of sound options to make anyone happy, from white noise to rain to a running stream, etc. You can also set it to run continuously all night, which I do, or to shut off after a few hours. For such an inexpensive sound machine, I feel like I got plenty of value.

We bought this for our new puppy who would stir with every noise we made. We are a family of 5 with 3 teens and a husband who gets up at the crack of dawn for work so there are lots of noises through the night. Night one of using this she slept through the night and has slept through the night ever since! It's a great little machine that we can even travel with. It's super easy to use and set up was as easy as plugging in.

We have been using our Alexa to run the rainstorm sounds at night for a few years, but if Alexa ever lost Wi-Fi connection or our Verizon router would do a reset/restart, then Alexa would turn off and it would wake us up.So, I decided to look for an alternate solution. This item seems to be the perfect answer to our troubles. There are multiple time settings, so if you just want to nap, you can set the time for that. It also has a continuous run option and that is what we use. It works great! We are a little over a month into using this item and we have not had any issues. (knock on wood.)It isn't very big, but the volume is great for our bedroom.
