I bought this extractor kit after struggling to remove an M6 screw that retained an ABS sensor. The 8mm hex head of the screw had rounded off despite my best efforts.I was absolutely delighted when the extractor socked made relatively light work of removing the screw - such a relief! The socket was I damaged after this use - so initial signs look positive.Good value kit that I hope will come to the rescue many times in the future!

Awesome product. Was working on the egr of ford focus 1.6 tdci. The egr is set behind the engine with two size 8 bolts. One them is well behind and you can't see that. That one was rounded and there was no way to remove. I had almost given up and then this awesome tool came in sight. Just ordered. Didn't have much hope. Once arrived , simply have five to six small taps using the small hammer . Then slowly used my rachet. Wow.....seeen that the the extractor has bitten in well. It gets tighter as you slowly turn the rachet. Like cutting a cake 😋 Easily removed the bolt. Not even a wear mark on the extractor. I would say well built, purpose oriented. Saved me from a massive work.

Got this as a stand by a couple weeks back and today got to use it on a 1995 Mercedes S class Diff.One of the very tight casing bolts stripped the splined female socket. Oh dear I said. (Or something similar)Got one of these that was a nice fit, hit it a couple of taps and used my impact wrench to remove the bolt. Surprised how aFast and easy it was and it got a hard grip on that stuck bolt which is virtually perfectly round shape. Impressive stuff, really glad to have this nice selection of sizes available.Remove stuck bolt with a vice and punch afterwards. The tool sustained zero wear or damage from this bolt extraction. Very, very pleased!!

Have to say brilliant stuff, i had a 14mm bolt that i was trying to remove with every tool known to man, it was completely rounded tried vice-grips, spanners you name it wouldn't budge but i needed to get it removed otherwise I'd have no breaks on the jeep, order these got them in 3 days, had the bokt out in 5 minutes, i was 2hrs trying before i got this set, so well worth getting especially if you work on your car yourself,they seem strong enough to last as well

Great for undoing those stubborn chewed head bolts, seems decent quality and a decent strong case as well, sorted my problem with chewed head bolts, a bigger range of sizes might be good, but never the less a good price for the range of sizes in the case.

I have been trying to remove some old rusted nuts on the exhaust downpipe on my bike. I'd tried heat and chisels and got nowhere. I saw these and thought it was worth a try, although I was expecting to be disappointed. I was totally blown away with just how good these sockets work. You can see from the photos that there was only one nut that had any resemblance to a 12mm nut. The others had just rusted away. No problem for these sockets though! They locked on and unscrewed the nuts with ease. Super happy and well worthy of this glowing review.

Well very good does just what I wanted them for, easy to use, nice fit it the box, stores easy in my shed nice bright colour box so can be misses.

I found there one time use depending on rounded and siezed bolt is, but hey ill pay it again for a new pack if it means i dont waste a hr welding a cooling
