Excellent chain. Cuts as good as the OEM and a bit cheaper to get. Well packaged in original packaging. Exactly as stated.

As advertised, but Makita owners beware.
Attention Makita EY401MP owners. My EY401MP requires a 40 link chain, with 0.43 gauge guide. The Makita owners manual specifies a 39 link chain and 0.50 gauge , but that isn’t what came with it. Mine requires a 40 link chain with a 0.43 guide.

“Allows the saw to be young again”
When your saw just isn’t as enthusiastic to get through those jobs as it used to be, it might need a new chain. This chain let my saw act new again; the sawdust was flying as good as ever (possibly better than the original McCulloch it came with new).
