Good
These are nice! But annoying to put on. One little round magnet on each corner. It was a pain trying to get them to over the light, I wish it was just a half inch wider and longer! But I will purchase more because they definitely help with the glaring light!

Easy to install and beautiful design
I bought these for my office. The lights were very bright and hurting my eyes and giving me headaches. A coworker suggested them and I could not be happier! I have plenty of light to see my screens and papers and my headaches are gone. It also kind of feels like I am bringing the outside inside. I loved that they are magnetic and easy to install. True to size and design.

An inexpensive solution to horrible lighting
This is a smart, inexpensive solution to flourescent lights that are way too bright. They dim the light just enough to prevent glare and headaches. Super easy to install, they are just barely the right size for the magnets to stick. The only thing I don't like is that they come out of the package very wrinkled and I will probably have to iron them at some point as it bugs me. Would highly recommend.

Amazing!!!
I’m not usually one to write a review of something, but these are so awesome I had to share. They turned my harsh, fluorescent office lighting into a soft and warm light. My headaches have gotten better since putting these up.I’d recommend ironing them before you take them to work because they’re super wrinkly right out of the package and look much better after they’re ironed.Really great product. Exactly what I wanted.

Great Magnets
These have been great on my lights at school, up there for 2 years now.

Nice shade for overly bright classroom fluorescent light fixtures!
My school switched switched to a very bright blue light bulb to use in our classroom fixtures. It looked like we were being beamed aboard an alien spaceship! I don't get migraines, but this gave me a headache within minutes every day. (I tried wearing sunglasses, but could not see my computer screen.) The school did not have enough money to order light covers/shades, so I took matters into my own hands. These particular covers are flame retardant and have a nice, tranquil design on them. There is enough tan color in the pattern to counteract the obnoxiously bright output of the new light bulbs. Also, the magnets hold them up quite well. (Click on the center magnets on both sides first and work your way to one end of the light, then to the other end. Once you get the hang of it, they go up quickly. I had 12 to cover.)These covers are a bit overpriced, but do the job well!

Gives a warm glow.
Apparently not all fluorescent light panels measure the same. 2x4 is way too big for my office lights, so these won't attach the way they are intended to, on the outside with the magnets. Had to place it up inside the light panel, and I make sure the light is only on if I am there due to the closeness to the bulbs. (My light panel is not solid-it's the kind that looks like an old metal ice tray insert!)Product does help with glare-I have dry eye syndrome and an autoimmune condition that makes me sensitive to light. Why do people put lights over desks??Boss said they would prefer to not have the golden glow, but by the time I found someone to get up there and install them, it was too late to exchange for the gray. I chose this color due to the warmer shade anyways; thought gray might be too bright. Probably would work though.

Easy, temporary, and makes all the difference
Took 8 minutes to put up and I had absolutely no trouble doing it alone. You’d have to steam it to get the creases out and there is some gapping on the long ends between the magnets, but I don’t personally have a problem with that. It’d be easy enough to steam and add more stick-on magnets if you cared. With my tall cubicle walls, it’s a SMIDGE dimmer than I wanted, but I’m overall very happy
