Exactly what I needed. I had every BR brush except this one. I'm glad i didn't listen to some reviews about made in China crap. This is an original made in Germany BR brush.

When it arrived I put it with all my painting supplies and didn’t get around to using it for a few months. When I went to use it the item was possibly used and not properly cleaned and the bristles where all stuck together and damaged!! Genuinely upsetting that anyone does that sort of thing. UPDATE: I’m a new painter so I didn’t realize this was something that can be common with new brushes for oil. After using the brush it works well and I am happy with it. Not all the crunchyness went away but I learned how to use that to my advantage and I like the brush overall.

I have taken up painting some of Bob Ross’s works. And this was a good addition to my brushes to achieve certain effects.

I will not buy again. This brush came with the bristles glued or melted together. I could hardly get them apart which now leaves streeks in my paintings. I'm so disappointed in this brush.

This brush is amazing for detail. This brush can be used to created clouds, round objects, rock texture, mountain texture, grass hills, tree detail according to personal experience. This brush is not too firm but not too soft which makes easier to use for any level painter.

I'm loving this brush. I have been using it a lot painting an ocean scene on a very large canvas. Paint goes on lice and smoothly. Great quality. Does not shed bristles.
