AirBake Nonstick Pizza Pan, 12.75 in

I have a set of Pizza pans I've been using for a while, but they really were just not at all well made. They stained even when nothing got on them, cleaning them after every use carefully didn't seem to matter, and they'd get sticky gunk somehow where pizza wasn't even touching. I've uploaded a photo of this next to that one.The feel of this is night and day better than the old one I had. The surface FEELS like a non stick surface, something the other never did. It's sized perfectly for the frozen pizzas I throw in the toaster oven sometimes for my son and I when I don't feel like cooking. Crust comes out perfect and it's a cinch to clean.It has little depressions like "feet" on it that even keep it elevated slightly from whatever you place it on - which means air circulation underneath, not moisture buildup when there's a hot pizza on it.In every respect, this is light years beyond my old one, and worth every penny.

Excellent for my outdoor 13 inch wide opening propane pizza oven. I have used other, larger, Airbake pans in the past (and _still_do_) in my kitchen oven and these 12.75inch pans are perfect for my much smaller outdoor oven. The little feet are very important as the minimize the direct contact with the pizza stone on the oven so as to not prematurely char the bottom of the pizza. That was a significant issue with my outdoor oven before buying these pans. I usually use a pizza steel (like a pizza stone) in my kitchen oven and begin with an Airbake pan, then finish up with direct contact to get a perfect char on the pizza. The outdoor oven gets up to 700+ degrees so after trial and error I now cook the pizza entirely on the new, 12.75inch pans mentioned in this review and am very happy with the results. Little outdoor propane pizza ovens are great in the summer when you don't want to heat the heck out of your house, but still want better than delivery quality pizza. 5 stars from an avid at home do-it-yourself, make-my-own-dough, pizza nerd.

This is surprisingly good.I was skeptical, but it makes a noticeable difference in Pizza, as well as any foods you want to be crisped on all sides. French fries, taquitoes, and even egg rolls all come out much better on this pan. (Word of caution, if the food tends to be greasy - like french fries, I'd put a piece of foil or another cookie sheet on a lower shelf to catch the drips. The small hole size will stop a lot of it, but not all, so well worth the precaution, if you hate burning grease on your oven bottom as much as I do.)This cleans up well, with just a sponge off & rinse in the sink. It has the rolled edges that will hold water and rust, if you put it in the dishwasher, so I just do it in the sink. It can go in the dishwasher, and I did that for the first wash, but it takes up a lot of room, because it's too wide to fit straight up, like a plate, and it's so easy to clean by hand, I just do it. (And believe me, I've had a belly full of washing dishes by hand in my life, so it's GOT to be Super easy, before I'll do that! : )Overall, this is great, and we use it every time we're cooking junk food. : )

Been going through bake (pizza) pans a lot in the last few years trying to find a good one.This model's a keeper. After a about 30 uses and 31 runs through the dishwasher, the coating's still intact, it stays clean, and the only rust is just a tiny bit from under the rim. Sadly, none of the other pans I've tried so far can make *any* of those claims. This pan has also remained smoke free.The perforations make for crisper crusts and firmer doughs. Just need a flat sheet under the whole thing if drippings are a concern. Since this pan has 3 "feet", it stays above the flat sheet so air can still circulate.

This is a fantastic pan. Cooks pizzas evenly and crisply. Nothing has stuck to it either. I wish it was just 0.25 to 0.50 larger in diameter. The 14 and 16 inch pans are too big for my dishwasher. This pan goes in no problem. I cut the pizza on the pan and it has held up to that. This is where the extra 0.25 would come in handy and the lip with hold the pizza in place better during cutting. However, I'm much more concerned that it fit in my dishwasher than that so I'll take the trade off. Love how it cooks the pizza with nothing sticking, I have always had off brand pans and this one is way worth it.

Update: I am having issues with this pizza pan warping. It twists almost 1/2 of an inch after baking. This says the metal may be too thin. It was NOT bent when I first started using it. Still works but I shouldn't have to worry about it warping.Wanted this size in the calphalon brand but they didnt have this size. Purchased this with fingers crossed. If you need a smaller size pizza pan this works. Cooks perfect and super easy to clean. Food slides right off without sticking

The frozen pizza directions said to place the frozen pizza directly on the oven rack. What a mess! With this pan, the oven is clean and you follow the same times that come with the pizza. The pan is non-stick, so you slide the pizza onto a cutting board and use your favorite cutter. I like adding my own toppings to stuffed crust cheese pizza. Turkey pepperoni or sausage is the best. A quick wipe with a damp cloth cleans the pan.

Great for Digorno pizzas that want me to put the pizza on the open over rack, but my wife gets mad when cheese falls to the over floor.Now we are both happy. The pizza crust gets toasted, there is no clean up on the pan nor the oven.I do spray the pan with Pam non stick stray and I cut the pizza on the Digorno box as not to scratch this.I would buy again!
