Holy grail for nighttime pain
This is a one-and-done product. I take one about an hour before I want to go to bed. It works on aches and pains, but not on headaches (for me). This is 1 of only 2 products I’ve ever come across that help me sleep without a hangover feeling or mood alteration the next day. Since the other is an OTC flu medicine, I only take it if I have a bad cold. With Advil PM, I’m usually a little more sleepy than normal for about the first hour after I wake up, but then it wears off and I feel totally normal. Since I seem prone to side effects, that’s pretty good to me! If they ever stop making it, I will hoard the supply!
