i'm not really sure ANY of these things actually DO anything much.i've been taking them - various brands - for a few years now, and i feel like i'm just swallowing talc - maybe mixed with a little baking soda or something.if anyone else has found a brand which actually DOES something, i'd sure love to know about it.the claims are GREAT - the results are NOT - at least not for ME.however - i may not have found the right brand as of yet - i've tried at least 6 different ones, and i have hoped for some results each time - i'm just not getting anything that i know of.

Easy to sallow
I like the capsule and the ease of taking them but i take 6 grams a day and it is easier and cheaper to buy 1 gram tablets so I am going back to tablets
